At AppsFinal (“we”, “us”, and/or “our”), we understand customers’ deep concerns regarding personal information and privacy. We are dedicated to protecting your information, and informing you about how we use it. This privacy policy (the “Privacy Policy” or the “Policy”) is intended to provide information to you about how we collect, protect, share and use your information when you access our website and/or use any of our product. (This Privacy Policy covers the privacy practices of AppsFinal only. This Policy does not apply to the practices of third-party websites, services or applications, including third parties with which we partner. These third-party services are governed by each such third party’s privacy policy. AppsFinal is not responsible for the privacy policies and practices of technology platforms other than that of AppsFinal, and AppsFinal is not responsible for the failure of unaffiliated third parties to honor their privacy obligations.)

INFORMATION WE COLLECT

For visitor of AppsFinal website:

AppsFinal may use cookies, tracking pixels, and other techniques when you visit our website https://AppsFinal.com, to help customize the site in aim of improving users’ experiences. You have the right to either Accept or Decline cookies usage if prompted, when visiting our site. You are also free to change cookies permissions anytime you wish on your browser settings. Additionally, log files, web beacons, tags are also collected for the same purposes.

For users of AppsFinal applications:

Once you install the application of ours, and accept all permissions, we will collect the following information from your Store: Store information: Store ID, Store plan, Store domain Order information (only for analytics feature) Order ID, Total price of order, Store owner, Name, Email address, Country, ZIP code, City, Phone number App utilization: Date of installation, upgrade, uninstallation, Payment history, All operations inside the App, Device used, Browser information (type, version, language), Operating system, Contact via Live Chat window. Additionally, we collect the following information from your store visitors to pages created by the App: Page visits, Clicks on tracking objects on the page, Purchases happening on the page.

GOOGLE WORKSPACE API SERVICES AND FLOWSEND

FlowSend is a Shopify Flow email automation application that allows Shopify merchants to voluntarily connect a Gmail or Google Workspace account and send merchant-created emails through workflows configured by the merchant in Shopify Flow.

Google Workspace permission requested

FlowSend requests the following Google OAuth permission:

https://www.googleapis.com/auth/gmail.send

This permission is used solely to send emails on behalf of the connected merchant. The recipient address, email subject, email content, and workflow conditions are entered or configured by the merchant.

FlowSend does not read, list, search, download, monitor, modify, archive, back up, or delete existing Gmail messages.

Google user data processed

To provide the email-sending functionality, FlowSend may process:

  • The connected Google account email address
  • The Google account identifier
  • OAuth access and refresh tokens
  • Merchant-created recipient addresses, email subjects, and email content
  • Technical email-delivery information needed to process and troubleshoot a requested email

This information is used only to authenticate the connected account, send emails requested by the merchant, maintain the connection, prevent abuse, secure the application, and provide merchant-requested technical support.

Artificial intelligence and machine learning

FlowSend does not integrate with any third-party artificial intelligence or machine learning service provider.

FlowSend does not use artificial intelligence or machine learning models to access, process, analyze, summarize, generate content from, or otherwise interact with Google Workspace user data.

FlowSend does not transfer raw, aggregated, anonymized, pseudonymized, or derived Google Workspace user data to OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Gemini, Google Vertex AI, or any other third-party artificial intelligence or machine learning provider.

Google Workspace user data is not used to create, train, test, fine-tune, evaluate, or improve any foundational, generalized, or third-party artificial intelligence or machine learning model.

Google Workspace user data processed by FlowSend is not made available to other Final Apps products, artificial-intelligence services, development services, or client projects.

Final Apps may separately develop AI-related products and services. These offerings are operationally separate from FlowSend and do not receive or process Google Workspace user data collected through FlowSend.

Third-party service providers

FlowSend may use infrastructure, database, security, and hosting service providers acting only as data processors where necessary to operate and secure the application.

These service providers are contractually restricted to processing information only for the services provided to FlowSend. They are not permitted to sell the information, use it for advertising, use it for independent purposes, or use it to train or improve artificial intelligence or machine learning models.

FlowSend does not disclose Google Workspace user data to third-party AI or ML service providers.

Data security and access

Google Workspace user data and OAuth credentials are transmitted using encrypted HTTPS/TLS connections.

OAuth credentials are encrypted at rest, and access is restricted to authorized personnel who require access to operate, secure, or provide requested support for FlowSend.

FlowSend personnel do not access merchant email content except where access is necessary for security, legal compliance, or merchant-requested technical support and is permitted under applicable Google policies.

Data retention and deletion

OAuth credentials are retained only while the merchant’s Google account remains connected to FlowSend.

OAuth credentials and associated Google account information are deleted or securely invalidated following:

  • Disconnection of the Google account from FlowSend
  • Revocation of FlowSend’s authorization through the merchant’s Google Account
  • Uninstallation of FlowSend
  • A valid merchant data-deletion request

Merchants can stop FlowSend’s access at any time by disconnecting their Google account inside FlowSend, revoking access through their Google Account permissions, uninstalling FlowSend, or contacting Final Apps using the contact information provided in this Privacy Policy.

Limited Use compliance

FlowSend’s use and transfer of information received from Google Workspace APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy and the Google Workspace API User Data and Developer Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

FlowSend does not sell Google user data, use Google user data for advertising, use it for credit or lending decisions, or use it for any unrelated or undisclosed secondary purpose.

DISCLOSURE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION

Except as provided herein, AppsFinal will not sell, rent or otherwise disclose Personal Information about you to third parties.

  • Third-party providers. We may share your Personal Information with unaffiliated third parties that provide certain services to us, including, but not limited to email management and web support. These third parties may have access to Personal Information or non-Personal Information in order to perform their functions on our behalf. However, these third parties are only permitted to use your Personal Information for the purpose for which it has been provided or to administer, service, or process transactions that you have authorized, and may not disclose it to any other third party except at our express direction and in accordance with this Policy. Notwithstanding the foregoing, information obtained through Google API Services is shared or transferred only as permitted by the Google API Services User Data Policy and its Limited Use requirements.
  • Business transfers. As we continue to develop our business, we may sell or purchase assets. If another entity acquires us or our assets, or assets related to the applications, Personal Information, information about how the apps are accessed and used, and any other information that we have collected about the users of the apps may be disclosed to such entities as one of the transferred assets.
  • Legal disclosures. AppsFinal may transfer and disclose information, including your Personal Information, information about how the apps are accessed and used, and information from our service providers, to third parties to comply with a legal obligation; when we believe in good faith that the law requires it; at the request of governmental authorities conducting an investigation; to verify or enforce our End User License Agreement or other applicable policies; to respond to an emergency; or otherwise to protect the rights, property, safety or security of third parties, users of the apps or the public.
  • With your permission. At your direction or request, we may share your Personal Information with specified third parties.

CHILDREN UNDER 13

Our website https://AppsFinal.com, and all applications are not directed to children under 13 years of age, and we do not knowingly collect Personal Information from children under 13. If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided us with Personal Information, we will make reasonable efforts to delete such information from our files.

GDPR POLICY

If you are within Europe, you have all the rights to ask us how your personal data is collected and stored, how it’s being used, and request that personal data be deleted. You also have the rights to request us to clearly explain how your data is stored and used, and get your consent before collecting it. We may however require that you provide us with acceptable verification of your identity before proceeding further.

CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

AppsFinal may update this Privacy Policy periodically. When changes are published, we will update the “Last updated” date displayed at the beginning of this Policy. Where a change materially affects how Google user data is accessed, collected, used, stored, retained or shared, we will provide appropriate notice and obtain any consent required before using Google user data for the new or modified purpose.
